When the roads get flooded, it becomes difficult for drivers and vehicle owners to navigate their way safely. The situation becomes more daring and challenging if it is nighttime and there are potholes all about. Accidents, damage to the vehicle and loss of lives could occur owing to difficulty navigating through this sort of challenging situation.

As a young and budding business, we saw a huge business opportunity in this regard, as similar situation arises virtually on a daily basis in diverse parts of the world, especially in underdeveloped countries with bad roads and driving conditions.

We plan to come to the market with a new product, hence a solution, which we call "Flooded Road & Pothole Scanner for Cars". This product will be developed, designed and produced with blind drivers in mind. What we mean by the word "Blind" is that, with the scanner installed, the vehicle can be safely driven over the pothole laden and equally flooded road without the driver worrying about not seeing the road properly or visibly.
This is because, with the displayed mapped out road path on the scanner's display the driver will be able to easily avoid bad portions of the road and also remain safely on track.



Proposed Product Features:

1. This scanner shall have sensors attached to the front of the vehicle or on the dashboard, overlooking the road ahead.
2. The scanner shall have a large screen that can be installed on the car's dashboard, facing the driver so that they may view the mapped out road ahead of them, irrespective of the driving conditions, wether it is night or day, hazy, flood or fog.
3. The road scanner product technology will also come with an app that installs on a smart phone or tablet, allowing for monitoring of. the road.
4. The app shall come with user's convenience features such road status warning or notification alarms, voice commands, scheduling and scanned road map saving feature.

In this reagard, we seek to raise USD $180,000 to help us in the design, testing, production and ultimately, marketing & sales of the proposed product.
